According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Americans ages 25-54 with families spend 8.8 hours at work. That leaves little time for much involvement in other areas of our lives. With that said, for those who may have a bit of an extension on those hours, such as entrepreneurs and other large corporations, how can CEO's and blue collar workers cut down on their 9-5 shifts, utilize each others time and the technology provided to them to being productive and minimizing the work load as well?

The effects of technology on work ethics move at a similar pace with employers moving to establish ethical boundaries that seem to infringe on employee privacy rights and restrict communication abilities. These tactics have led to courtroom battles, quick job terminations and complaints filed with the National Labor Relations Board."
